Now Recruiting Seasonal Chef / Cook for our 2019 season!
CLUB CORREZE is a family run business based in the beautiful Massif Central Region of France, recruiting for the 2019 season.
We are looking for an experienced or qualified chef/cook who can lead a small team of non-catering assistants in preparing and serving quality meals for up to 180 students, teachers and staff. Your day to day responsibility must ensure meals are prepared to a high standard, accepting deliveries and ensuring that all food is stored away correctly and stock rotated in the proper manner.
Previous experience within a similar role would be beneficial.
- Breakfast – Continental Breakfast
- Lunch – Sandwiches made with local French baguettes
- Starters – homemade soups, pate, melon.
- Main – BBQ, Buffets, Lamb Shanks, Sweet and Sour Chicken etc
Club Correze is a base for school and youth groups who take part in a variety of watersports and landsports.
With over 30 years experience we are building a team to work together in a friendly and supportive atmosphere. Join our team for a great summer experience in a beautiful part of France.
You do not need to speak another language to work at the centre, however, if you can speak French this is an advantage and visits to nearby towns can be a great way to improve this skill and enjoy the experience.
Date: Early May – September season.
Previous relevant catering experience for large groups within the outdoor industry is preferred.
All applicants must be at least 18 years of age and have a UK/EU passport.
