✨ About the Job
As part of the customer service team, your role will be to assist customers with their inquiries regarding automotive products, pricing, and support issues. The goal is to resolve most cases at the first level, ensuring excellent service. More complex issues will be escalated to the appropriate team.
💡 Your daily tasks will include:
- Handling customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Providing accurate product and pricing information.
- Assisting with website navigation and account registrations.
- Updating and maintaining customer records in the CRM system.
- Investigating customer support requests and complaints.
- Escalating complex cases to higher support levels when necessary.
This is a full-time position with a structured training program (16 working days) to ensure you are well-prepared for the role.

What You Need
- Dutch language skills: C2/native level.
- English skills: B2 level (for internal communication and training).
- Technical skills: Comfortable using Windows, MS Office (Outlook, Word, Edge).
- Typing speed: 25+ words per minute.
- Experience: No prior experience required, but a background in customer service or the automotive industry is a plus.
