We’re looking for a Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Agent to join a company that creates and manages iGaming brands. iGaming, short for ‘interactive gaming,’ revolves around online betting and entertainment. As the first point of contact for players, you’ll deal with questions via chat and email, while ensuring every interaction is smooth and professional.
Your responsibilities include:
- Provide top-quality customer support via chat and email in English and Norwegian.
- Assist players with account-related questions, payments, and troubleshooting.
- Process KYC (Know Your Customer) verifications and document checks.
- Identify and escalate any suspicious or fraudulent activity.
- Promote offers and cross-sell where relevant.
- Stay alert to responsible gaming concerns and provide necessary support.

What is required?
- Fluent in Norwegian (oral and written).
- Good English skills (written and spoken).
- You are motivated and a true team player.
- You are registered as a freelancer in Europe or able to register.
- You are available for at least 12 months.
- You are at least 18 years or older.
- You have experience in customer service (any sector).
- Experience in Igaming is a plus.
- You have a European passport.
