We’re looking for a Finnish speaking Customer Service Agent to work for a company that creates and manages iGaming brands. iGaming is short for ‘interactive gaming’ and is all about online betting. As the first point of contact for the players, you’ll handle questions through chat and email, while making sure every interaction is smooth, professional, and player-focused.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Provide top-quality customer support via chat and email in English and Finnish.
- Assist players with account-related questions, payments, and troubleshooting.
- Process KYC (Know Your Customer) verifications and document checks.
- Identify and escalate any suspicious or fraudulent activity.
- Promote offers and cross-sell where relevant.
- Stay alert to responsible gaming concerns and provide necessary support.

What is required?
- Fluent in Finnish (oral and written).
- Good English skills (written and spoken).
- You are motivated and a true team player.
- You are able to register as a freelancer in Europe.
- You are available for at least 12 months.
- You are at least 18 years or older.
- You have experience in customer service (any sector).
- You have experience in iGaming.
- You have a European passport.
