Your new job
As a customer service employee you will be responsible for the entire customer service process from A to Z. You will answer questions from potential and current Eneco customers by phone, email and chat. This could be about billing, reminders, payments, rate changes and you name it! In addition, you handle complaints and maintain contact with current customers. To prepare you as well as possible for this job, you will follow a number of training courses. As a customer service employee at Eneco you may work at the office in Sofia, but also remotely throughout Bulgaria!
