In your new job, you will help customers with all questions about pre-sales, technical problems and general comments and complaints by phone, email and chat. It is important that you have an affinity for technology and experience in this area.
However, you will also receive professional training at the start of your employment.
If you have the chance to call Lisbon your home, you’ve hit the jackpot. The sunny capital of Portugal has everything you could wish for – and at a much lower cost than in Germany. Pink Street, for example, turns from a tourist attraction with cute cafés during the day into a party mile at night. But if you’d rather relax on the beach with your friends or go surfing, that’s of course also an option. In summary, working and living in Lisbon feels more like an endless summer, but it’s best to experience that for yourself. So what are you waiting for? Pack your suitcase and start your adventure in Portugal!
