About the Job
Egencia, part of a global travel management group, is looking for German-speaking Travel Consultants to support business travelers from around the world. You will play a crucial role in making corporate travel stress-free by handling flight, hotel, and transport bookings, assisting with itinerary changes, and ensuring clients reach their destinations hassle-free.
In this role, you’ll work in an international team, gain expertise in travel management, and provide high-quality customer service to professionals. What is your daily life like?

What do you need?
- Fluency in German (C1 level or higher) and good English skills
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to work in the EU (EU citizenship or valid work permit)
- Interest in the travel industry (previous experience is a plus, but not required)
- Willingness to work on rotating shifts (Monday – Sunday, 9:00 – 20:00)
