Who Are We Looking For?
We’re seeking curious, service-minded, and enthusiastic tour guides to join our team in Bergen! As an NGS Guide, you’ll lead cruise ship passengers through the city’s rich history, culture, and landscapes, ensuring an engaging and memorable experience for every guest.
Job Requirements:
✔️ Fluent in English + one additional language (German, Spanish, Italian, French, or Dutch)
✔️ Friendly, sociable, and able to engage with people from diverse backgrounds
✔️ Passionate about Norwegian culture, history, and nature
✔️ Guide Certification (or willingness to complete one before the season starts)

All guides must hold a recognized Guide Certification in Norway. We recommend the Guide Academy Certification Programme, which includes an online course + an on-site session in April. We sponsor the majority of the certification fee for those committing to a full season with us!
