We’re now looking for a passionate, experienced, and inspiring Restaurant General Manager to lead our restaurant team and help shape the future of Santa Joana.
What will you be doing?
As Restaurant General Manager, you will be at the heart of the business – responsible for driving performance, building a strong and motivated team, and ensuring every guest leaves feeling better than when they arrived. You’ll lead by example, champion our values, and work closely with the wider team to deliver service that consistently exceeds expectations.

- Proven experience in a senior restaurant management role
