Your new job at Odido
You will soon be the first point of contact for customers of Odido, the provider for mobile, fiber and TV (formerly known as T-Mobile). ☎️ You will help customers by phone to choose the right product, answer questions about 4G, implement changes and handle complaints. You go for an optimal customer experience, therefore you find it important that customers are satisfied with Odido’s products and services. You provide technical support, advise customers on subscriptions and help with payments. No day is the same at this customer service job!

You make sure that customers choose the right subscription
You strive for optimal customer satisfaction

What should I bring?

Minimum MBO-4 working and thinking level
You have strong communication skills, both oral and written
You have sufficient computer skills, a good dose of energy and guts
Customer service experience is a plus

Salary information

The salary for this position is €1,800 gross per month.
