Head of kitchen at Surfcamp Moliets
For our Adult- and Familycamp in Moliets we are looking for a kitchen manager. You’ll be the one responsible for the food service for an average of 130 guests per week plus our staff. You will make sure that all diners, breakfasts and lunches are tasty and that the food stock is managed properly. Together with a small team you will run the kitchen for these two camps.
About Us
Surfblend started more then 20 years ago with our first small camp in France. After 20 years we’ve grown a lot and now we offer trips to France, Spain, Portugal, Holland,… Our surftrips are for all ages and for every type of surfer. We offer juniorcamps for the youn guns, Adult camps to surf and party and lovely familytrips all over Europe. What do we expect from you?
- You can cook and you know how to run a kitchen
- You can manage stock en you know exactly what to buy when
- You know howe to efficiently use a shopping list / order system
- You are motivated and like to give it all in the kitchen
- You are a true teamplayer and love to help and manage your team
- You have an eye for presentation and you know what a good buffet looks like
- Speaking French and Dutch are a big advantage!
- You are available from NOW until 30/09/2023
