We have an exciting opportunity for a Kids Club Team Leader to oversee and be a valuable part of a Kids Club in France.

About the Resort:
Country Kids is a small luxury family resort in the South of France, welcoming families with young children (ages 3 months to 12 years). Set in a former Roquefort dairy, the resort features seven fully equipped apartments within a private estate in a stunning rural location.
About the Role:
This is the perfect opportunity for a childcare professional looking for a first management experience in a natural and secure environment. You will be responsible for the entire childcare operation at the resort, leading a team of 1 to 5 members (depending on the season). The Kids Club can host up to 20 children, and you will be supported in day-to-day operations by the resort owners, who have backgrounds in education and tourism management.
From the moment children arrive at the Kids Club, you will ensure they have an amazing experience in a safe and engaging environment. With your team, you’ll create and implement exciting and creative activity programs for all age groups, making full use of the resort’s fantastic on-site facilities, including:

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Childcare qualification or experience working with under-5s
✔️ Love for the countryside, outdoor life, and nature
✔️ Leadership skills and ability to motivate a childcare team
✔️ Outgoing, fun, and proactive personality
✔️ Strong communication and organizational skills
✔️ Attention to detail to ensure operational excellence
✔️ Valid driving license (due to rural location)
