About the Job
Join a renowned multinational tech support team based in Greece, delivering premium technical assistance to customers from around the globe. You’ll be part of a dynamic team dedicated to supporting end-users of a leading tech brand’s consumer devices and digital services.
In this Italian-speaking role, you’ll handle inbound calls and provide first-line (Tier 1) technical and customer support. You’ll assist users with issues like device performance, account access, app functionality, backups, billing for digital purchases, and much more.
This role is ideally suited for someone with an advanced technical understanding, a customer-first mindset, and a high comfort level working with both MacOS and iOS systems. You’ll receive in-depth training during your onboarding phase and continue growing your skills through regular updates and career progression opportunities within the company.
What is your daily life like?
Your primary responsibility will be to help customers in Italian, resolving technical problems or guiding them through account management steps. You’ll work from a modern, stable setup within Greece, enjoying a rotating shift system that provides flexibility, but also requires weekend availability. Expect to handle around 20 calls per day, using a variety of internal tools to solve issues efficiently.
You’ll also need to stay updated with regular product refreshers and participate in mandatory training. After a 2-week nesting period, you’ll work independently while remaining in close contact with your supportive team and supervisors.
