THE MISSION?
At Mama, companies get things done while having fun! We offer them a unique event experience and you are the guarantor. Our customers are always in good hands with you.
Like a great conductor , you organise all events (B2B & B2C) from A to Z; from negotiation to invoicing & on-site reception. You are the single point of contact for customers . Business meetings, business seminars, workshops with cocktail parties , or birthdays : you have everything under control!
Through a commercial strategy and a pricing policy that you develop with HQ and the Sales Manager, you participate and contribute to the achievement & success of the strategy by negotiating and realising event requests. ✨
On the field, you coordinate with all the services (Housekeeping , F&B ️, Kitchen , Reception ️) and make sure that customer satisfaction is top of the list.
As an Ambassador of the group , you convey our values with your energy ⚡ and positive vibes. ✨
