We’re on the hunt for German-speaking customer support agents to represent one of the world’s most innovative platforms in Lisbon. You’ll be part of a dynamic team committed to providing top-notch service, helping users create, manage, and optimize their websites and online presence.

Your main responsibilities include:

Delivering exceptional support via chat, email, and phone to German-speaking users.
Troubleshooting platform-related issues and guiding users towards effective solutions.
Educating users on how to make the most out of the platform’s diverse features.
Collaborating with technical teams to resolve complex issues efficiently.
Staying updated on platform changes and new feature launches to provide accurate information.
Gathering user feedback to improve product offerings and the overall user experience.

You’ll be the go-to expert for our community of creatives, entrepreneurs, and bloggers, helping them bring their ideas to life online!

What is your daily life like?

Each day, you’ll engage with a variety of users, from small business owners to passionate bloggers, helping them navigate the platform and unlock its full potential. You’ll troubleshoot technical questions, suggest creative solutions, and celebrate their successes with them.

Your shifts will rotate to accommodate early morning starts, but don’t worry — if you need to start at 5:00 AM, Uber rides up to 25.00€ will be covered to ensure a smooth commute. You’ll enjoy two days off weekly, including Saturdays, giving you the perfect opportunity to explore all the beauty Lisbon has to offer!

✅ What do you need?

Native-level German (C2) and at least B2 English proficiency.
Experience or strong interest in digital marketing and/or web design (mandatory).
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (mandatory).
A stable professional background without frequent job changes.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving ability and a patient approach to customer interactions.
Tech-savvy, with quick adaptability to new platforms and tools.
Familiarity with website builders or CMS platforms is a big plus.
Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
