As a German-speaking Customer Advisor for Insulet, your primary responsibility will be assisting customers with their Omnipod system, a cutting-edge insulin management device that offers a needle-free solution for insulin delivery. Your role is crucial in ensuring that customers feel supported and confident in using this product to manage their health.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing excellent customer support via phone and email.
- Assisting with inquiries regarding product usage, handling, and device settings.
- Troubleshooting possible malfunctions and responding to device alerts.
- Managing product orders (excluding the active ingredient), as well as demo kit requests.
- Assisting with payments and processing orders based on medical prescriptions.
Please note that proficiency in both German and English (spoken and written) is required for this position.
What is your daily life like?
Your daily responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries and supporting them through troubleshooting any potential technical issues they may face. You will work closely with the Teleperformance team to ensure smooth operations, providing top-tier service to Insulet’s users. Your training will prepare you to manage customer expectations and maintain professionalism while addressing their concerns.
Your workday will be divided into shifts, operating between 00:00 and 24:00 with occasional weekend rotations. You’ll always be updated about your schedule in advance to help you plan your personal time around work. During your training, you will be immersed in Insulet’s product knowledge, Teleperformance’s system operations, and customer relationship management skills.
