The Armadillo resort team is at the heart of all our guests’ experiences, representing the Armadillo brand throughout the resort, and delivering luxury service to the highest standards. Our Chefs are there to inspire the dinner plate, working creatively, and designing bespoke menus.
We are looking for passionate Chefs, with excellent technical cooking ability, who are detail-oriented and excel in luxury customer service delivery. Our Chef team is responsible for designing menus, and working to a budget, needing strong communication skills to work effectively with a resort team.
Chalet kitchens are open-plan, providing a natural setting for guest interaction. We ask our team members to be highly adaptable when navigating the demands of luxury hospitality. The right team member needs to be able to work in an organized, methodical and clean manner.
The Chef team works, individually, across all chalet bookings, in a range of properties, not being assigned to one chalet for the season. Our chalets range from 3 guest rooms to 8 guest rooms and are supported by either a Host or Housekeeper, depending on the size of the guest booking.
Our resort team is the face of Ski Armadillo, needing to take pride in personal appearance, uniform, and working practices, always striving to deliver the highest standards. We are looking for someone to bring creativity to their menus, be passionate about delighting guests, and work hard with dedication to the role
