As the BOH & Purchasing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the back-of-house operations and managing the purchasing process to ensure our outlets runs smoothly and efficiently. Your role will be crucial in maintaining the high standards of service and quality that our guests expect.

Specific Duties:
- Manage inventory and stock levels to prevent shortages and overstock.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of food to ensure it meets our quality standards.
- Train and supervise BOH staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Monitor and control costs to maximize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role within the restaurant and hospitality industry.
- Advanced knowledge of HACCP, inventory systems, and sustainability best practices.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation.
- Familiar with ERP and stock management tools (ME-Mobile Enterprise & Primavera)
- Fluent in both Portuguese and English
- Comfortable working early hours (receiving shifts)
