In this role, you will work with one of the largest social media platforms to ensure content on Facebook and Instagram is compliant. You will be part of an important team that reviews, analyzes and moderates different types of content such as posts, videos, ads and user comments to ensure a safe online experience for all users.
What does your day-to-day work look like?
As a Content Moderator, your main tasks will include:
- Content moderation: reviewing posts, videos and ads to ensure compliance with Facebook guidelines, as well as editing content on Instagram and Spark AR.
- Policy compliance: Identifying content that violates intellectual property rights, trademarks or community standards and taking action against it.
- User Support: Provide chat, email and outbound support to users as needed to assist them with policy-related issues.
- Collaborative Teamwork: Work both independently and as part of a diverse team to accomplish daily moderation goals.
- Analytical engagement: Analyze complex text and user reports to ensure comprehensive policy enforcement across multiple media types.

What do you need?
- Language skills: Fluent German (C2 level) and good English (B2 level).
- Experience: 2-3 years of call center or customer support experience, ideally in a B2C environment; B2B experience is a plus.
- Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of online advertising: experience in online advertising is a plus.
- Ability to multitask: You are able to multi-task with attention to detail.
- Problem-solving ability: Proactive and solution-oriented.
