Strategic Staffing Solutions International (S3I) client is a global, international, Canada-based Fortune 500 company with over 100 k employees globally and over 6 million served customers per day around the globe.
It is present in 50 US states, all Canadian provinces and a number of European countries (Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Russia, and the Republic of Ireland).
The company has been solidly growing for the last decade and is continuing to grow further. Currently they are looking for a Customer Consultant with Danish language skills for their Business Centre in Riga which provides Finance and Control, HR, Customer Contact Centre and other services for company’s offices in eight countries: Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Baltic countries, Poland and Russia.
Today, around 500 experts work in the Business Centre, and more professionals are expected to join the team in the nearest future.
What we are looking for:
- Someone loves to communicate with people and find the best solution for them
- You are fluent in Danish and English both verbal and written, at least C1 level
- Likes to work in a fast pace environment and with various systems
- Is eager to learn new things and develop their skills
- Is able to work in shifts (morning, day and evening shifts, as well as weekends)
- Has previous experience in costumer service of at least 2 years
Responsibilities:
- Provide onboarding, training and prepare training materials;
- Actively communicate with team members regarding all kinds of issues;
- Gather feedback from colleagues and represent it in Team meetings;
- Takes care of our customers via phone and email;
- Is responsible for card support and account administration;
- Manages new orders and registrations;
- Advice our customers regarding station campaigns and products;
- Provides outbound service and follow-up calls to customers
