An outgoing, positive personality will suit the demanding nature of this role. Time management skills, and working calmly in a pressurized environment, while taking pride in the small details that elevate the guest experience are also must-haves.

Living Costs
Although we do not provide accommodation, we do look to secure beds for our SA team, through a partnered rental agency, to take that stress away from the team.
The accommodation will most likely be in Le Chable, the town below Verbier, which is connected via a gondola that runs 5 am – 11:50 pm, 7 days a week. Le Chable is where a large amount of resort workers live, with bars and restaurants available.
13th Salary
Swiss workers are entitled to a 13th-month salary, equal to one month’s full salary (3582 CHF).
This is calculated pro-rate on the number of months worked during the contract, and payable after the 3-month probation is completed. We would pay the 13th salary in the final pay cheque.
