About the position:
You will be joining the Google family in Lisbon. As a Customer Care Advisor you will support Google while growing and developing your knowledge base of online advertising, sales and Google Ads in an innovative and fast paced environment. Before you start this fun, new job, you will follow a paid training program of 4 weeks where you learn everything about the systems and marketing packages. Moreover, you will work in a friendly international team.
As a Customer Care Advisor for Google you get in touch with small and medium-sized companies to answer their questions about their Google Ads campaigns. You map out their business goals, give them advice on how to optimize their online advertising strategy and educate them on the required online advertisement solutions of Google. Your main goal is to achieve strong customer satisfaction with a focus on quality and results.

During your adventure in beautiful Lisbon you can stay in one of the furnished company apartments of our client. It is a shared accommodation where you will be living with your colleagues and you will have your own private room. Also, the company offers amazing growth opportunities and you have the possibility to participate in various courses and events for free. Such as language courses and a surf course. At the end of the 12-month contract, all employees will receive an official certificate from Google.

What do we expect from you?
- Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written);
- Very good knowledge of English (spoken and written);
- You are interested in online marketing;
- You are available for at least 12 months;
- You are at least 18 years of age or older;
