👋Your Role at NewCo Communications:
As a Customer Advisor, you’ll support Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and eventually chat. You’ll assist with questions about moving, meter readings, and more complex topics like energy contracts — ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
