With over 100 tour packages, we bring the magic of the Arctic Circle to life! We’re now looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team in Rovaniemi.
🚀 Your Role

Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, hiring

Handle onboarding, pre-boarding, and offboarding

Oversee HR administration, compliance, and employee records

Be the go-to HR contact for the team

Support HR projects and potentially take on leadership roles
✅ What We’re Looking For

Experience in a similar HR or executive role

Excellent communication & people management skills

Positive attitude and strong organizational skills

Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)

Background in tourism or a related field is a bonus
