Responsibilities
As Chef de Cuisine, under the guidance of the F&B Director, you’ll take ownership of the kitchen’s operational side. We’re looking for someone who can:
- Guide and support the kitchen team
- Ensure quality mise-en-place and service execution
- Lead with structure, consistency, and a strong sense of urgency
- Provide constructive feedback and foster a positive team spirit
- Be hands-on during peak service times
- Maintain the highest cleanliness and hygiene standards
Profile
- A background in culinary arts, preferably in a fast-paced, a la carte environment. Ideally an experienced Sous-Chef looking for it’s next step!
- A thorough understanding of HACCP standards, ensuring our kitchen is a safe and hygienic space.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage orders and inventory efficiently.
- A willingness to work on variable schedules.
- A strong sense of responsibility and a collaborative spirit, ready to work alongside our talented team to deliver excellence every day.
- Enthusiasm and passion for delivering exceptional service that goes above and beyond.
- Charismatic communication skills, capable of effortlessly connecting with people from all walks of life.
- Fluency in English is a must; proficiency in Dutch and/or French is a big plus.
