What does your daily life look like?
Customer Service: Identify customer needs and solve problems efficiently through various channels.
Order Assistance: Handle questions about orders, returns, deliveries and refunds.
Sales: Cross-sell and upsell additional products to customers.
‘Click and Collect’: Assist customers in picking up their online orders.
Travel Information
Nightlife and Gastronomy: Enjoy vibrant nightlife and Mediterranean cuisine, from authentic Greek cuisine to trendy eateries.

What you need.
- Languages: Excellent Dutch and fluent English (B2).
- Skills: Strong communication, computer and problem-solving skills

- Interest: Knowledge of the sports industry and e-commerce is a plus. A passion for sports or participation in sports activities is an advantage
