About Le Local Morzine

Le Local Morzine is a vibrant sports bar in the heart of the French Alps, offering a gastropub-style menu inspired by flavors from around the world. We’re now looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Chef / Sous Chef to join our small, passionate team for the upcoming summer season.

What We’re Looking For

We seek a reliable, hardworking, and professional individual with:
✔ A passion for cooking and creativity in the kitchen
✔ The ability to work efficiently and manage time well
✔ Strong organizational skills
✔ A great sense of humor and team spirit
✔ Experience in maintaining hygiene and HACCP standards

Role Details

  • Working Hours: 39 hours per week

  • Right to Work in France: Preferred, but visa permits may be available for the right candidate

  • Couples Welcome: We are also hiring for waitstaff (must speak fluent French & English) and kitchen porter (KP) roles, so couples are encouraged to apply! Ideally, we’d love to hire a couple due to living arrangements, but our priority is finding the right chef.
