What will I be doing?

Solving B2B customer issues via phone, email and chat
Utilizing the latest technologies, AI integrations and working with Trustpilot reviews to improve NPS
Managing payment orders on various customer service platforms

What do I bring to the table?

Fluent German and very good English skills (C1)
Experience in customer service or finance and a bachelor’s degree or completed training in finance
Very good communication skills and friendliness towards customers
You are very confident with computers and type at the speed of light

Salary information

The salary for this position is € 1,600 gross per month.
