Your new job as a customer advisor
In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to customers. You will answer incoming calls and support customers in creating service requests to resolve customer issues in a timely manner. Your employer offers you extensive support to ensure a smooth start. What will I be doing?

Answer incoming calls from customers
Assist customers with inquiries regarding a specific service or product
Make outbound calls and follow up promptly to resolve customer concerns

What do I bring to the table?

You are fluent in German and have a good command of English (B1)
You have basic technical knowledge
You have the ability to present complex information in a simple way
You have excellent communication skills and can handle multiple issues at the same time

Salary information

The salary for this position is between €1,700 and €2,000 gross per month.
