What will be your mission?

 

As a Payroll Administrative Technician (M/F), you will be responsible for managing and controlling the processes and procedures inherent to the admission and termination of employees.

What will you do?

 

  • Drafting of employment contracts
  • Ensure compliance with legal obligations towards Social Security and other entities
  • Carry out the management and update regarding contractual renewals
  • Preparation of information and documentation for communication to state and judicial bodies of amounts related to taxes and contributions to Social Security
  • Preparation of monthly and annual maps for legal purposes and preparation of statistics for INE and other official entities
  • Support all tasks inherent to salary processes, complying with all standards and internal procedures.

  • Knowledge of SAP HR, Meta 4 and Millennium 3 applications (preferred)
