What will be your mission?
As a Payroll Administrative Technician (M/F), you will be responsible for managing and controlling the processes and procedures inherent to the admission and termination of employees.
What will you do?
- Drafting of employment contracts
- Ensure compliance with legal obligations towards Social Security and other entities
- Carry out the management and update regarding contractual renewals
- Preparation of information and documentation for communication to state and judicial bodies of amounts related to taxes and contributions to Social Security
- Preparation of monthly and annual maps for legal purposes and preparation of statistics for INE and other official entities
- Support all tasks inherent to salary processes, complying with all standards and internal procedures.
