Essential:
An EU PASSPORT or EU VISA Working Visa is essential
UK Nationals must already have a Carte De Sejour
Good level of spoken English
Driving licence and 3 years of driving experience essential for the 26-hour role
26 hours per week over 4/5 days or 15 hours per week over 2/3 days (predominantly at the weekends).
Your team will be responsible for managing a small portfolio of properties; tackling the changeover cleans and ensuring that the properties remain in an exceptional standard for the duration of the season, monitoring and reporting any issues that arise. You will also then meet and greet the guests, providing a warm and welcoming check in.
You must be great at organising your time, have good attention to detail, and have a positive approach to creating high standards of cleanliness and property setup. You must also enjoy making conversation and talking with anyone.
Key Responsibilities
Property Management of a small portfolio of apartments or chalets.
Deep Cleaning on a weekend.
Mid Stay/ Midweek Cleaning.
Providing information to guests to ensure a fantastic and trouble-free holiday. Ensure guests are aware of events and activities available in Morzine during their stay. Delivery of Meal Delivery Services.
Cleaning and Maintenance of hot tubs.
Troubleshoot maintenance and emergency issues.
Ensure properties are secure at all times.
Respond to any guest requests, deliveries etc.
Collect any money due to More Mountain from guests.
Being Flexible and Adaptable to guest needs at all times.
Being enthusiastic at all times and dedicating yourself to excellent customer service.
Experience Required:
Ideally, you will have recent cleaning or housekeeping experience (able to provide a reference). You may have already worked in a holiday environment, campsite or hotel, managed an AirBNB residence, been chalet hosts or looked after self-catered apartments. Hospitality or Customer facing experience would be beneficial.

We have staggered start dates to suit those who have shorter availability in the summer due to study or other work commitments:
26 hours Start Date: June 9th 2025
15 hours Start Date: July 1st 2025.
End date for both groups: Flexible late August – Mid September
The package:
26 Hours, worked over 4 or 5 days per week, earning €1034 net per month. Or
15 hours, worked over 2 or 3 days per week, predominantly at the weekends, earning €584 net per month.
