Your Profile

We are looking for motivated individuals with excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset. To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Near-native level of Czech, Slovak, or Slovenian, both written and spoken
  • Advanced English skills
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field (preferred)
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems)
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally via email, chat, and phone
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
  • Team player attitude with the ability to work independently
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Your Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, your daily tasks will include:

  • Assisting customers via email, chat, and phone to provide top-tier support
