Your Profile
We are looking for motivated individuals with excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset. To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Near-native level of Czech, Slovak, or Slovenian, both written and spoken
- Advanced English skills
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field (preferred)
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems)
- Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally via email, chat, and phone
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Team player attitude with the ability to work independently
- High school diploma or equivalent
Your Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, your daily tasks will include:
- Assisting customers via email, chat, and phone to provide top-tier support
- Maintaining a deep understanding of the brand, products, and industry to ensure accurate responses
- Conducting research to gather relevant information for resolving customer inquiries
- Ensuring a positive customer experience through efficient and friendly service
