If You Are From A Country That Is Not
A Member Of The European Union You Must Obtain
A Work Visa Or Permit To Work In Latvia.

Nationals of certain countries can visit Latvia for up to three
months without a visa but will need to be granted a work visa or permit
to take up
employment.
Citizens of the following countries can visit Latvia without
a visa for 90 days:
Andorra, Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bolivia,
Brazil, Brunei, Bulgaria, Canada, Czech Republic, Chile, Costa Rica, Croatia,
Cyprus, Denmark,
El Salvador,
Estonia, France, Finland, Germany, Greece, Guatemala, Honduras, Hong Kong,
Hungary, Ireland,
Iceland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Lithuania, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Macao,
Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Nicaragua, Norway,
Panama, Paraguay,
Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain,
South Korea, Sweden, Switzerland, The Holy See, United Kingdom, United States,
Uruguay and Venezuela.
Nationals of countries not mentioned above will need a visa
to visit Latvia

has reciprocal Working Holiday maker arrangements with Canada and New Zealand allowing participants to work in Latvia for up to 12 months.
