Are you looking for a worthwhile part-time job with a decent income? You can really help change lives by raising funds for one of our charity clients: Action on Disability and Development, Amnesty International, Friends of the Earth, Plan UK or Shelter. You will be working 22.5 hours per week made up of five evenings from 5.30pm to 9.30pm with a weekly daytime support/training session. Pay commences at £8 per hour with bonuses. You would need to commit to a minimum of 12 weeks as we are looking to employ on a permanent basis As a fundraiser you will visit members of the public at their homes to raise support through regular direct debits for the charity you have chosen to represent. We are looking for articulate, intelligent and self-motivated applicants with fluent English and good interpersonal skills. Ideally applicants will be educated to degree level. Previous sales or fundraising experience would be advantageous but not essential as we will provide comprehensive training and ongoing support.
